I’m Jasmin, a Registered Nurse with nearly two decades of experience and the creator of the My Dream Home Planner. Over the years, I’ve worked as a case manager for major leading health insurance companies, helping hundreds of patients navigate, coordinate, and develop personalized healthcare plans, providing resources and guidance to help them reach their goals and improve their overall well-being.

You might be wondering why I created a home planning tool. The answer is simple: I’ve always had a deep love for beautiful homes and intentional living — and just as I help my patients every day organize all their healthcare needs and create clear, actionable plans, I wanted a practical, organized way to help others bring their dream homes to life.

Why I Created This Planner

After building our first custom home in 2010 and navigating a full renovation in 2019 after a flood, I realized how exciting — and overwhelming — creating a home can be. Now, as I’m shopping for our next dream home, I created this planner to map out every detail of our future space. In doing so, I discovered that this tool not only helps me plan with clarity and confidence, but it can also help women all over the world organize, dream boldly, and create their own beautiful, intentional homes.
