What type of product am I purchasing?
The My Dream Home Planner is a digital product available in three formats:
- Digital PDF version – fully interactive and compatible with GoodNotes on iPad
- Printable PDF version – printable pages to plan offline
- Bundle – includes both Digital + Printable for ultimate flexibility
No physical product will be shipped.
2. How do I access my download?
- After purchase, you will receive a download link via email.
- If you don’t see it, check your spam/junk folder.
- You can also log in to your account to access your downloads.
- Important: For the best experience, download the planner on a tablet, computer, or laptop. Downloading directly to a smartphone may not work properly and could cause issues opening the files.
3. Can I get a refund?
- All sales are final because this is a digital product.
- Due to the nature of digital downloads, we do not offer refunds or exchanges.
4. Common Technical Issues & Solutions
| Issue | Solution |
|---|---|
| File won’t open on GoodNotes | Ensure you’re using the latest version of GoodNotes. Download the file directly from your device, not through email preview. |
| PDF won’t print | Check your printer settings and ensure the file is fully downloaded. Some PDF readers require “actual size” or “fit to page” printing. |
| Lost download link | Email us at support@loveyourhomestyle.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your link. |
| Cannot access hyperlinks in GoodNotes | Make sure you’ve imported the file correctly and are using a compatible PDF reader. GoodNotes works best for clickable links. |
| General compatibility issues | The planner is compatible with iPad + GoodNotes or any device that can read PDFs. For other apps, results may vary. |
5. Can I share this planner with others?
No. The planner is for personal use only. Sharing, reselling, or distributing the files is prohibited.
6. Printing & Presentation
- The Printable version of the planner is designed for US Letter (8.5” x 11”) and A4 paper sizes.
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on your home printer, settings, and paper type.
- For the best results, use a high-quality printer and bright white paper.
- If you plan to bind your planner, consider using a professional printing service for a polished look — otherwise, a standard binder works perfectly fine.
Pages can be printed single- or double-sided depending on your printer and preferences.
